Hayfene, one of Turkey's largest and oldest spice companies, and Refika Birgül, one of Turkey's top chefs, have teamed up for this project. Refika, with her skill in flavor combinations from her experience, and Hayfene, known for sourcing a wide range of natural and fresh ingredients, have worked together to create culinary wonders. They developed five spice blends that bring the essence of Refika’s dishes to vegetables with just a few added spices. This product series is named ‘The Spice Series.’
